The Ameo team have been out in Lanzarote at popular winter training spot Club La Santa. A lot of triathletes of all levels head out there to take advantage of the warmer weather the Canary Islands offer as well as the amazing facilities. Ameo have been working with the coaches to introduce the POWERBREATHER into their swim sessions to help create a little variety as well as work on technique and developing respiratory muscle strength.
