Medium Speed Vents provide a moderate intensity training of the respiratory muscles. These were provided as standard on all POWERBEATHER models up to 9th February 2017. If you purchased after that date the Medium SPEED VENT provides more breathing resistance.

This is a standard length – suitable for pools and calm open water.
